We founded TradeMark Property Management in 2005. After selling a 35 unit condo building we took 'full service' a step further by providing the same level of personal services residential buyers came to know and expanded it to property management of the building and Association. 

Over the years we have expanded our services to include large buildings and apartment complex investments where the greatest difference blends with our ability to scale. Now in our 6th year of continued growth we made a decision to parter with Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT for the long term. The partnership allows us to take TradeMark Property Management to the next level and focus on expanding our services nationwide in three key areas of growth:
a) REO (bank owned) properties whereby we manage foreclosed properties from the point of possession by the bank through disposition at closing.  
b) Commercial, i.e. shopping centers, office buildings and office campus environments.
c) TradeMark Contractor Services is our technical trades, consulting, and capital imporvements contracting company which is what makes our services unique in that TradeMark is our clients single point of responsibility for all their requirements

Doug and Rae celebrate their 33rd Anniversary 2011, are active members and volunteers at St. Mary of the Lake Parish and have two children and grand children. The Tally's compete in marathons and triathlons, and are close with their families. Doug & Rae participate in civic affairs with Chicago Board of Election Commissioners, in their Uptown neighborhood with Buena Park Neighbors, and lead efforts to beautify the "Peace Garden" entrance to Lincoln Park.

Prior to Real Estate, Doug was recognized with top sales awards and advancement for achievements in the information technology field.
